SINGLE PAY WRITING AND READING 
Even if you Write and Read with a pencil and paper you Paying VAT TAX Writing and Reading Double VAT TAX
First PENCIL  when you buy a Pencil you havent start Writing and you already pay your VAT TAX WRITING
Second PAPER when you buy a PAPER TO WRITE you already pay your DOUBLE VAT TAX first one WRITING VAT TAX second one READING VAT TAX
THAT IS DOUBLE STANDARD WRITING AND READING VAT TAX.
